Our policies

Safeguarding Policy
  • Children attending Titas' Club sessions must always be accompanied and supervised by their parent or legal guardian.

  • If a parent needs to briefly leave the room (e.g., to use the toilet), they remain responsible for arranging appropriate supervision (e.g., asking another parent to watch their child).

  • Titas' Club does not assume responsibility for children left unattended.

  • Both session facilitators are trained in paediatric first aid and have enhanced DBS checks.

  • Any concerns regarding child welfare observed during sessions will be reported in line with local safeguarding procedures.

  • As trained early years professionals, we will remain alert to signs of abuse or neglect and act accordingly.

Health & Safety Policy
  • A full risk assessment will be carried out for each venue and session setup.

  • All materials and activities will be age-appropriate and tested for safety.

  • Ingredients used for messy play or crafts will be screened for allergens based on advance information from families.

  • First Aid:

    • Both session facilitators are trained in paediatric first aid.

    • A stocked first aid kit will be present at every session.

    • In the event of an injury, parents will be informed immediately and guided to take appropriate action.

  • Medication will not be administered by staff. Parents must manage any medication required for their child.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy
  • Personal data (e.g., names, emails, allergy info) is collected only for the purpose of booking and safety.

  • Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

  • Parents will be asked for explicit consent to receive marketing updates.

  • Photos/videos may be taken during sessions, but no child will be recognisable in media shared publicly.

  • Parents may opt out of any media use.

  • We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Photo/Media Consent Policy
  • Titas' Club may take general photos and videos for use on our website and social media.
