Our policies
Safeguarding Policy
-
Children attending Titas' Club sessions must always be accompanied and supervised by their parent or legal guardian.
-
If a parent needs to briefly leave the room (e.g., to use the toilet), they remain responsible for arranging appropriate supervision (e.g., asking another parent to watch their child).
-
Titas' Club does not assume responsibility for children left unattended.
-
Both session facilitators are trained in paediatric first aid and have enhanced DBS checks.
-
Any concerns regarding child welfare observed during sessions will be reported in line with local safeguarding procedures.
-
As trained early years professionals, we will remain alert to signs of abuse or neglect and act accordingly.

All materials and activities will be age-appropriate and tested for safety.
