By booking a session with Titas’ Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You understand that parents or legal guardians must remain on-site and are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the session.

• Titas’ Club does not assume any responsibility for the supervision of children or for any accidents that occur under parental supervision.

• You accept that the activities offered during sessions are designed with safety in mind, and that any allergy information must be submitted accurately in advance.

• You agree that media (photos/videos) may be taken during sessions, and your consent preferences will be respected.

• You acknowledge that personal belongings are brought at your own risk and Titas’ Club is not responsible for any loss or damage.

• You agree to our cancellation and refund policy as outlined above.

• You acknowledge that Titas’ Club is operated under the trading name Titas' Club and the partnership name Titas’ Collective.

 

These terms may be updated at any time and continued participation indicates acceptance of the current version.
