Refund Policy

We understand that family life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be fair and flexible while maintaining the smooth running of our sessions.

Bookings
  • Each ticket purchased admits one child participant only. If you are bringing more than one child, you must purchase a ticket for each child attending. Adults accompanying children do not require a ticket, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the number of children attending does not match the number of tickets purchased.

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system.

  • We do not accept cash or walk-in payments.​​​​

Cancellations by the customer
  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your booked session, we will offer either:

    • A credit for a future session, or

    • The opportunity to reschedule to another upcoming session (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed sessions without notice are also non-refundable.

Cancellations by Titas’ Club: If we must cancel a session (e.g. due to illness, emergency, or venue issues), we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to a future session of your choice.
