Refund Policy
We understand that family life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be fair and flexible while maintaining the smooth running of our sessions.
Bookings

Each ticket purchased admits one child participant only. If you are bringing more than one child, you must purchase a ticket for each child attending. Adults accompanying children do not require a ticket, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the number of children attending does not match the number of tickets purchased.

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system.

We do not accept cash or walk-in payments.​​​​
Cancellations by the customer

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your booked session, we will offer either:

A credit for a future session, or

The opportunity to reschedule to another upcoming session (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed sessions without notice are also non-refundable.
Cancellations by Titas’ Club: If we must cancel a session (e.g. due to illness, emergency, or venue issues), we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to a future session of your choice.
